About Steve
Steve is a part-time agent at NextHome Journey where he gladly helps cover on weekends, evenings, and holidays when needed. His day job as a Pharmaceutical Account Manager for the past 14 years has taught him the value of building trust in strong client relationships and has made him an expert in the critical elements of closing a sale. Steve has a strong history of proven sales, which combined with a solid construction background qualifies him to not only negotiate an outstanding deal for his clients, but  gives him an eye for structural integrity and potential space utilizations for each property he shows.
 Steve and his wife, Kelli (married 29 years!) have lived in Iowa since 2000, where they raised three wonderful children. He has been a licensed agent in Iowa for over 7 years and in his free time enjoys barbecuing—smoking all kinds of meats and cooking for recreation and relaxation.
