About Kelli
Kelli has a special zeal for real estate and making the process fun. "For most people, buying and selling a home is the largest transaction they will make in their lives. Finding the right property is paramount! I am always honored and humbled to help people; it's very personal to me. The process is very exciting! When it's all done I want people to say, 'That was Fun!' because just behind God & Family is your Home. It must be a place of love and peace...a place separate and distinct from the rest of the world. It's different for everyone and I love helping people find that."
Kelli acts as a 2-in-1 realtor and broker, and as such provides her agents and clients a depth of knowledge and expertise you don't get just anywhere. Not only is she a GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute), but she has received her CRS (Certified Residential Specialist, the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, managers, and brokers) along with a myriad of other NAR designations. She is also a NextHome certified NAR instructor.
She has served as the President of the local Real Estate Board, both local and state Landlord Associations, President of the local Optimist Club, and currently serves on the Story County Board of Adjustments. Kelli and her husband have thoroughly enjoyed raising their 3 children in Ames. As a Central Iowa native, she’s known for saying: “We wouldn’t live anywhere else!”
